Join the IoD Property and Built Environment Group for their first Learn and Network Soiree of 2025 to delve deeper into the impacts of the Building Safety Act on the construction industry.

Richard Nelson, Abyss’ founder and managing director, is past Chair of the IoD PBE Group and currently serves as an Ambassador for the group.

In our first session we will have a presentation from Graham Oliphant of the Oak Leaf Group, who will provide insights on the BSA from the fire engineers point of view, followed by opportunity for networking and further discussions.

After the presentation, we will adjourn to Scott Brownrigg’s lovely central London outdoor terrace (weather permitting) for refreshments, business networking and further discussion of the implications and opportunities of the Building Safety Act.
