Don't Waste Buildings: The Reuse Dividend Webinar

Click HERE to register for this free webinar.

The release of The Reuse Dividend, has generated extensive interest across the UK and further afar. The report explores how financial incentives can unlock the reuse of existing buildings, support economic growth, strengthen communities and reduce carbon emissions.

Chaired by Patrick Scally, this webinar will explore how other countries are successfully using tax reforms, grants and targeted incentives to make building reuse more financially viable. The report brings together international case studies that demonstrate how reuse policies can stimulate local economies, support SMEs and skills, revive town centres and neighbourhoods, and significantly reduce embodied carbon.

The session will provide an overview of the report’s key findings, why viability remains one of the biggest barriers to reuse in the UK, and how policy change could help unlock the potential of underused and historic buildings across the country.

Whether you work in property, planning, heritage, construction, local government or simply care about the future of towns and cities, this is an opportunity to hear more about the campaign and how you can get involved.
